This is the FIRST PUBLIC AUCTION for a Revenant Supercarrier BPC, only the SECOND (apparently) Revenant BPC ever to drop since Incursions were launched in January (the existance of the first has never been conclusively proven).
When Incursions were first announced it was thought that the drop rate on these would be quite low, however it has turned out to be much lower than anyone expected at less than one a month. This BPC and the ship it produces are going to remain EXTREMELY RARE in the Eve universe and as such will be really unique in ship collections or on the battlefield.
The spawn rate on the Lowsec Incursion sites, which are the only sites that these BPC's drop from, seems to be about one per week. The Incursions themselves take about 3 or 4 days to grind down and there is a good chance this BPC won't drop, from the last 5 sites (including this one) there has been a Nightmare BPC, another Nightmare BPC, a Shadow (fighter bomber) BPC, a Phantasm and then the Revenant BPC. These sites were all ran by us so we can confirm these drops as accurate. As stated, very very low drop rate.

BONUSES:
Pirate bonus:
* 100% bonus to fighter, fighter-bomber damage and hitpoints
Amarr Carrier Skill Bonuses:
* Can fit 1 additional Warfare Link module per level
* 10% bonus to fighter and fighter-bomber max velocity per level (which refers to top MWD speed here, not orbit velocity)
Caldari Carrier Skill Bonuses:
* Can deploy 1 additional fighter or fighter-bomber per level
* 50% bonus to capital energy and shield transfer per level
Role Bonuses:
*99% reduction in CPU need for Warfare Link modules
*Can fit Projected Electronic Counter Measures
*200% bonus to Fighter or Fighter Bomber control range
*Immune to all forms of Electronic Warfare

As stated above the real value of this ship does not come from its stats or slot layout or tank, but from its rarity.

Auction will run for one week from this posting, and will end at 1740 Eve on the 27th of March.
A one hour sniper rule will be in effect come the end of the auction.

Maybe you should mention thats its 50% bonus to shield engery transfer RANGE per lvl.

My esteemed colleague above is correct, a third party service would NOT be required, as a BPC on contracts can be viewed before the contract is accepted.
HOWEVER. I understand how a lot of people feel about Goonwaffe, so I mentioned a third party service on the off chance that the tinfoil hat couldn't be prised from the head of whoever wins this for long enough to realise that, actually, there's no way we can scam you through contracts with this item. I mean what are we going to do, make it a want to buy in case you have a second Rev BPC in your hanger?
Anyway, consider this my bump for the day, current high bidder is Beluntz with 55bil.

Ok new rules have been posted in the OP. No bids will be accepted without corp or alliance tags showing, and obviously distuptive bids will be reported and ignored. I would remind everyone of CCPs rules for the sales forums, no discussion of this auction in thread, if you donŠt think that this is worth the price we are asking then you are entitled to that opinion but just keep it to yourself and move along.

Having looked at the minerals involved.... I'm too lazy to take this up. built and first I woulda bought. but its neither of them.
If the interested party wants for us to build it for them that can certainly be arranged, for an additional fee. I often buy Raven BPCs off contracts and am disgusted that they donŠt come with a fully built copy of the ship also.

That isn't actually possible, since lowsec incursions only spawn once a week, and there seems to be a less than 15% chance of one of these dropping when the site IS completed.
Unless the mechanics change, there is a certain guaranteed rarity to this ship bpc.

I remember doing that incursion on the test server, was pretty neat, nice to see 0.0 get involved in them, anyway good luck :)
Oh and FYI theres already 5 thats been dropped in Empire, ill bid 21 bil and thats me being generous, anything higher is a troll or a idiot thinking its a BPO / constructed ship

Also your grasp of the Incursion mechanics is staggeringly uninformed. There have been none of these BPCs dropped in high sec, or in null sec, because they only spawn in LOW sec. This has been stated by CCP on numerous occasions and confirmed by the players running the incursions. The fighter bomber BPC is the only one that will drop in high/null sec. ALSO at a drop rate of 15% you will see about 8 of these ships produced a year. If that doesn't make this rare then I don't know what does.á

Of the five completed personally by us this is the only drop, and of the three or so completed before we started doing them there is one unconfirmed drop which was allegedly sold to a private seller.

Current high bid is 66billion with Nooto.
As stated above the ship CAN be built, if the auction winner wants, for an additional 12.5billion. It will take a few weeks and the FULL BALANCE must be paid into a third party service at your expense if you wish us to do this.
